Camping at the foothill of active volcano 🌋. Anyone?

#newyearnewtrip We were young, wild and crazy. Just want some kind of adventure every single time. What camping at Krakatau Island? Ok let’s. Before anything, we already there. Shiny black sands, clear turquoise oceans, smoke come out of the active Anak Krakatau Volcano, huge monitor lizards everywhere, then the erupted Krakatau Island can see from a distance. Going there is journey itself. From Jakarta, drive approximately around 4-6 hours depending on the traffic. Reach nearby local village that do exclusive package to go to the island. Next day, small boat ride took about an hour to the island and pitch a tent. It’s experience of a lifetime. I would definitely do it again❤️
