🇮🇩 Bali Glamping in style

Price per Person - Rp430k Rating - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed in this gem of a hotel courtesy of our friend’s destination wedding. The married couple has booked out the entire resort/hotel to host their wedding party and guests. Just to note, Villa Vedas, a very popular destination wedding venue, is right beside and the guests of the hotel is normally for those attending a wedding there. Let’s talk about the logistics! We were coming from Canggu, and it took us about 1.5h amidst the infamous Canggu jam to reach Bali Beach Glamping. It was a very refreshing sight to take in, with only a vast and picturesque ocean view, no high building in sight (only tents everywhere) and the clear blue sky. It was truly a very rejuvenating sight shift from crowded Canggu town to here. The only downside of this hotel is that, we are not allowed to call Grab/driver from outside or any app, to leave the hotel. We can only leave the hotel with their designated drivers, and their named price (which is actually almost twice the amount of Grab). We didn’t like this policy but we had no choice. This hotel policy is pretty common especially in Bali, they are a movement to support the local communities of the hotel. Now the hotel and room facilities! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery. Landscaping was well done and well maintained. The pool was intimate enough, facing the ocean. Their breakfast spread was pretty good, but the view was what made the entire experience stellar. We got to face the picturesque ocean while having our breakfast. The view is exactly the same as at Tanah Lot temple. Strong and beautiful waves, strong winds blowing at your face. It is truly a wonderful experience. Our room was a high-end tent with AC and maximum security. We were surprised to find that the room was equipped with high and good quality bed and fluffy pillows. AC was powerful enough, bathroom was perfect. Our room even had a hanging daybed at the patio! The only downside was that the hotel does not provide any overseas adapter or usb charging port. We like that we were able to communicate efficiently with our butler via WhatsApp. It made the entire experience so much better and hassle free. But would we return again just for staying? I guess not.
