Goong Sarong - 🍤🌿 A famous appetizer dating back to the Ayutthaya Kingdom, made more playful by wrapping noodles around it and frying until crispy for a crunchy outside and soft inside texture. 🟠 Fried shrimp cakes, dense shrimp meat, fried without being oily. 🟠 Chicken wrapped in pandan, fragrant with crispy fried pandan leaves. 🟠 Pomelo salad, a bold and sweet taste of pomelo, not too sweet, interspersed with shrimp meat. 🟠 Grilled shrimp, fresh and bouncy shrimp meat, served with a spicy dipping sauce. 🦀 Soft-shell crab fried to a crisp. 🍾 One bottle of wine.
