The hotel staff are very friendly. They will help you carry your luggage to your room upon check-in. You can decide whether to tip them or not, it doesn't matter. There is an urban legend in Thailand that if you leave a tip, they will fold it into some animal shapes. Thanks to Carlton, my dream of having an elephant was fulfilled 😂😂 I can only say that giving a little tip adds fun to the trip. The staff will also leave a note wishing you a wonderful holiday.
