The shop is beautifully designed, and I love the mood and tone of the place. They use ceremonial grade matcha at the shop. Ceremonial grade matcha is always delicious, not bitter or astringent. It's recommended for those new to matcha; it's not too green and easy to drink. I prefer it as a latte, mixed with milk, which makes it even creamier and very good.
