Beijing Automobile Museum

Beijing Automobile Museum, located at No. 126 West Road of South Fourth Ring, Fengtai District, Beijing, was established and opened in 2001. It integrates a museum, exhibition hall, and technology, and is a national-level public welfare automobile-themed museum in China. The building area of Beijing Automobile Museum is about 50,000 square meters, and its architectural design is creatively shaped like a bright "eye", symbolizing the museum's concept of looking at the world and facing the future. It has functional display areas such as automobile exposition, thematic exhibitions, automobile science popularization, automobile entertainment, and academic exchanges. The exhibits on the fifth to third floors of the automobile museum are composed of three main threads: history, technology, and the future. The automobile museum has accumulated a collection of more than 6,000 items, including over 80 collection vehicles. In October 2018, Beijing Automobile Museum was rated as the "National Research and Practice Education Base for Middle and Primary School Students". On November 18, 2020, it was rated by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism as the "First Beijing Internet Celebrity Cultural and Artistic Check-in Place"; in the same year in December, Beijing Automobile Museum was selected into the "Fourth Batch of National First-Class Museums".
