The Palace of Industrial Fine Arts and the Palace of Intangible Cultural Heritage of China—Craftsmanship of a Great Nation

The architectural area of the China Arts and Crafts Museum and the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum is 91,126 square meters, with 7 exhibition halls. The architecture is octagonal in symmetry, with a roof covered in beige glazed tiles, and the exterior is composed of red granite and white marble, rich in national characteristics. The exhibits in the museum include China's four great national treasures: jade, ivory carving, drawnwork embroidery, and more. On the fifth floor, exhibition halls 7, 8, 9, and 10 feature a collection led by the basic display of Chinese arts and crafts, 'Cultural Vein and Splendor'. Here, one can see the art in China's intangible cultural heritage, such as ceramics, brocade, drawnwork embroidery, ivory carving, jade carving, wood carving, stone carving, cloisonné, as well as gold, silver, and bronze ornaments, clay figurines, snuff bottles with inner painting, lacquer art, and a comprehensive collection of national crafts and folk crafts, including countless national-level craft museum collections.
