Our family trip to Beijing was an unforgettable experience. The city’s rich history, cultural heritage, and modern attractions offered something for everyone. The Great Wall of China Highlights - We chose the Mutianyu section for its stunning views and fewer crowds.We were thrilled to ride the cable car up and toboggan down. Rating - 4.5 out of 5 2. Forbidden City Highlights - The Forbidden City was next on our list. This sprawling palace complex was once home to Chinese emperors and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The intricate architecture and vast courtyards left us in awe. We spent hours wandering through the halls, learning about the rich history and culture of China. Rating - 4 out of 5 3. Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace Highlights - The temple of Heaven was a masterpiece of Ming Dynasty architecture. We headed to the Summer Palace. The beautiful gardens, serene lake, and the iconic Marble Boat made for a relaxing and picturesque visit. Rating - 4.5 out of 5 We also explored the nearby Wangfujing Street.
