⭐A hidden gem of a French restaurant, it's tucked away in the hutong, and the quaint Chinese charm is unforgettable! 🍃As soon as you walk in, you're drawn in by the retro atmosphere, and the dim lighting is particularly atmospheric. 🪜We went up to the 2nd floor and found the terrace was simply stunning, with unobstructed views of the White Pagoda Temple. We decided to eat on the terrace, which was incredibly romantic! (You can go up to the roof) 🎐As far as I know, this restaurant has the largest terrace around the White Pagoda Temple, and the seats are super comfortable! 😋Let's talk about the food 🐮The mashed potatoes and red wine braised beef tongue It's really amazing! The beef tongue is cut thick, marinated in Bordeaux red wine and herbs and vegetables, then steamed and baked at a low temperature. It's tender and juicy, and I highly recommend it! 🐟Salmon Carpaccio With its delicate, smooth, rich, fresh and fragrant unique taste, you can feel the freshness and slight spiciness of the wasabi during the tasting process.
