In late autumn, the ginkgo leaves look like a golden waterfall. Walk around the tree to feel its energy. 2️⃣ Mahavira Hall The hall is always filled with worshippers and incense smoke, creating a peaceful atmosphere. There is a giant glazed chiwen (a mythical dragon-like creature) on each end of the hall. They are cultural relics from the Yuan Dynasty. 3️⃣ Manjusri Hall This is the place to pray for wisdom and academic success. 🙏 Visit in the morning to see the monks chanting and meditating. 🧘 4️⃣ Back Mountain The back mountain offers a panoramic view of the temple and the ginkgo tree. 🍂 The mountain is not high and easy to climb. Look down from the mountain to see the temple buildings built on the mountain, with the tall ginkgo tree covering half of the temple. 5️⃣ Stray Cats 🐱 & Wild Foxes There are many cats in Tanzhe Temple.
