Wide Open Road Coffee since I live in brunswick so there is close by. I received many recommendations from barista friend and I finally visited it recently total 2times! I have funny story, before visiting this place I had met one of the barista at my gym! It was such a strange and interesting coincidence however on my first visit I didn’t see her instead I got a chance to tour the roasting room through someone else:) It was such a fascinating and wonderful experience. I occasionally peek into roasting labs but the cafe room felt particularly unique and very professional. That day I had a batch brew and it was truly delicious. The strong sweetness is still impressive. And on my secend visit I finally met the wonderful baristas on this day too I had a batch brew it’s name is Yoshimi blend. It’s a blend of Ethiopia and Kenya with a really good sweetness and a well balanced flavor. The vibes are fab, super industrial vibe with vintage lighting and a rusted trolley mounted to the wall. I had the Istra Thick Bacon with potato cake, beets and chipotle which was incredible and SO deceptively filling hahaha. Amazing coffee, which we’ve since ordered beans to have at home.
