Xingfu Zen Temple (Poshan Temple)

Xingfu Zen Temple, located at the northern foot of Yushan in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, is a national key Buddhist temple in Han Chinese areas designated by the State Council, a cultural relic protection unit, and was originally named 'Daci Temple' during the extension from the Yanxing to the Zhongxing period of the Southern Qi Dynasty. In the fifth year of the Datong era of the Liang Dynasty (539 AD), it was extensively repaired and expanded, renamed 'Fushou Temple', and since the temple is next to Polongjian, it is also known as 'Poshan Temple'. Xingfu Temple was listed as a national key Buddhist temple in 1983, and on April 19, 1995, it was announced as a Jiangsu provincial-level cultural relic protection unit.
