Huzhou Long's Dream Taihu Ancient Town~Parent-child Trip! A must-go!

Thinking of a weekend parent-child trip with friends, Taihu Ancient Town came to mind, as it's in Zhejiang and convenient for self-driving. Accommodation: We compared various hotels in Taihu Ancient Town and finally decided to stay at the Ancient Town Hotel! Taihu Ancient Town is like a circle, with most hotels distributed along the semi-circular arc. Diamond and Yashi are located at the entrance of Taihu Ancient Town, a bit far from the ancient town and children's play areas. Animal World Hotel and Happy World Hotel are closer to the children's play areas in Taihu Ancient Town, such as the zoo, the big circus, and the ice and snow world, but these hotels have more negative reviews. Since we were driving, these places were just a few minutes away by car, so we ultimately chose the Ancient Town Hotel. Both the Ancient Town Hotel and Ruifeng Hotel are located in the middle of Taihu Ancient Town, and the hotel was newly opened not long ago, with a nice environment in all aspects. On Saturday night, you can watch fireworks directly at the hotel. Later, we found that the hotel had shuttle buses to various play areas, which was very convenient. Play: We arrived on Friday night, had dinner in the Huzhou city area, and then went to the hotel. The next morning, we set off for the zoo. The zoo in Taihu Ancient Town is quite large, and we bought a feeding card at the entrance, 100 yuan for 7 times, 200 yuan for 15 times. My friend and I shared the 200 yuan one. But later we found that we really couldn't use it all up. We fed all the animals we could. The zoo is quite big and has performances, so we originally booked the big circus for the afternoon but changed it to the evening. Overall, the experience was good. The zoo is divided into a walking area and a driving area. I suggest going to the walking area. After walking through it, there is a free little train that takes you to the driving area! Otherwise, self-driving in the driving area costs money, and the driving area is not very large, with not many special animals. It's nice to take the little train for a quick look! After the zoo and before the big circus, we had some time, so we went back to the hotel, ordered takeout, and rested. We also got a package deal with the hotel for the big circus, and children over 1 meter tall had to buy tickets. The big circus is a must-see!! It's really spectacular! Both the lighting and the dance are very good. After the big circus, we took the hotel shuttle bus back to the hotel to watch the 9:15 fireworks. A full day of activities! The next day, we went to the amusement park inside the Ice and Snow World, which has some amusement facilities for children, indoors. There is also another area, a ski slope, which is charged separately, and older children can go and experience it! After two days, we still felt it was very worthwhile! The hotel package included tickets to the zoo and the big circus, and two nights' accommodation was only 1518 yuan!
