Luodai Ancient Town

Luodai Town was established during the Three Kingdoms period of the Shu Han dynasty, and its layout of one street and seven alleys has remained unchanged for a thousand years. It is also the most well-preserved Hakka ancient town in the suburbs of Chengdu, with more than 500,000 square meters of Ming and Qing Hakka architectural complexes, including the "Four Great Guild Halls" which are key national cultural relics, and over 50 types of Hakka ancestral hall exhibition halls such as the Sichuan Hakka Family Style Museum. "Xiang mo ge, you mo ge!" In Luodai Ancient Town, located at the foot of Longquan Mountain on the eastern outskirts of Chengdu, Sichuan, you can always hear such pleasant Hakka dialect, which is a beautiful wish from the Hakka people meaning "May all your wishes come true." For thousands of years, these Hakka people from other places have traveled over mountains and rivers, and after hundreds of years of reproduction, they have formed a unique Hakka custom and culture in Luodai Ancient Town, which is also known as "The First Hakka Town in Western China" and "Luodai of the World, Forever Hakka".
