A new hot pot restaurant, Long Chuan Cheng, opened in Qing Shui He Park. I invited a few friends to try it out. I made a special request before I went: I wanted to eat enough tripe. So, they specially sent a buffalo tripe from Chongqing, and the restaurant itself had blood tripe. We basically didn't eat any other dishes at this meal, and we had enough fresh tripe. The ingredients are fried on the spot, and tofu, sesame oil, rice cakes, and crispy meat are all made on site. They emphasize freshness. The traditional sesame oil is more authentic than many other restaurants. The hot pot is heavy, and it is a paradise for young people. The problem is that the price is not expensive.
