I have to say, if you come to Chengdu and don't stay here, you're really missing out!

I have to say, the Renaissance is probably the cheapest 5-star hotel in Chengdu. I met up with a friend in Chengdu and we chose the Renaissance. The hotel is a bit old, but it doesn't affect the stay. The hotel is located near the Tongzilin business district. There are many small food shops and bars, and it's nice to have a drink at night. The breakfast is pretty standard, but the noodles are highly recommended! Overall, this place is great value for money if you're coming to Chengdu for a holiday. It's also very close to Shuangliu, just over 10 minutes by taxi. I love Shuangliu! A small complaint: the lighting in the room is really dim!
