This winter's theme is “Sweets x Fermented Foods,” so the lineup is centered around healthy tea sweets.Among them, my favorite was the strawberry miso daifuku🍓 The miso flavor was not too strong, and the combination of the slight saltiness and sweetness of the bean paste was irresistible! The volume is not too much, perfect for an afternoon tea by yourself!
