The guild hall covers an area of 8,561 square meters and includes buildings such as Yuwang Palace, Guangdong Guild Hall, and Qi'an Guild Hall. It is the most well-preserved and largest ancient guild hall complex in Chongqing and even the southwestern region. Inside, there is an exhibition hall that tells the story of Chongqing's development from an immigrant city to the economic and cultural center of the southwestern region. Visitors can also see scenes of the immigrants working hard for their livelihoods. Tea tasting and opera listening: There is a teahouse inside where you can enjoy tea and opera. The cost can be paid together with the ticket purchase. Ticket price: The scenic area ticket is 25 yuan. Transportation: I took a taxi, and for the subway, you can use Baidu Maps. The scenic area's overall yellow background wall, along with the atmosphere that blends modern and ancient elements, makes it very suitable for taking photos. It's great for photo opportunities when the weather is good. I went there at around 3 pm, and after watching the performance, it was getting dark, and without lights, the photos can turn out a bit gloomy. It is recommended that visitors go there in the morning first. The place is close to Hongya Cave, but I do not recommend walking there. We couldn't find the way by foot, and since Chongqing is a mountain city, anyone who has been there knows the difficulty. I was exhausted and couldn't find the way until I finally took a taxi, which didn't save money and left me half dead from fatigue. I encountered an elderly gentleman whose ancestors were immigrants. During the visit, he introduced me to the history of Huguang, which gave me a better understanding of the attraction. I also encountered a bold cat that dared to defecate in the incense burner, which was friendly and adorable.
