The Yangtze River originates from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and flows into the East China Sea, stretching for thousands of miles. Taking the water route is more convenient, allowing you to visit Zhang Fei Temple, Fengdu Ghost City, Daning River in Wushan, Baidi City, Qu Yuan's hometown, and more along the way. Taking the land route offers more freedom in planning your itinerary. You can design your route based on actual conditions, such as driving to the top of the Three Gorges or staying a few extra days in Wushan County to experience the immigrant culture of the Three Gorges region.
