In terms of service, the hotel was enthusiastic and timely. Whether it was the timely delivery of medicine and takeout or the thoughtful replenishment of room supplies, guests felt well cared for. The staff also paid great attention to guests' feelings during the service, actively avoiding taking photos, and apologizing promptly if they were in the frame.
