A secluded manor for vacation by the Erhai Lake

Located 300 meters from Erhai Lake and 3 kilometers from Dali Ancient City, you can have an unobstructed view of Cangshan Mountain and the pastoral scenery of Dali. I found a manor-style homestay by the Erhai Lake that resembles the countryside of England - Xingshan Yimu. A 3-day and 2-night vacation left me wanting more. Upon check-in, I was gifted with rose afternoon tea and flower cakes, which I enjoyed in the large lawn tent of the homestay. The 20° Dali, with a breeze blowing, was very comfortable. After tea, a 10-minute walk took me to the Erhai Ecological Corridor. Cycling along the Erhai Lake, the scenery was picturesque. In the evening, I watched the sunset and returned to the homestay, where the enthusiastic owner invited us for tea. The sunken courtyard was very cool, and it was very quiet at night. The room was well equipped with a Jinkeer mattress, Dyson hairdryer, Jieshi sound system, and mineral water with a small refrigerator. All kinds of thoughtful little details made me feel very considerate. The most important thing is that the room has a large terrace. In the morning, opening the window reveals the green pastoral scenery, which is very pleasing to the eye. It's even more atmospheric when it rains. What I like most is their hall, with a leather sofa and a large floor-to-ceiling window. The fireplace with a strong sense of design makes me feel like I'm on vacation in an English manor. The homestay has its own coffee shop, where you can pick up a book and sit for half a day in the coffee and music. The breakfast is authentic Yunnan rice noodles made by Bai ethnic aunt, which is much better than the restaurants outside. After the meal, you can go to the neighboring Taoran Tianxia flower sea for travel photography. Under the Cangshan Mountain, the large flower field is always photogenic, and there are also projects that children like, such as alpaca riding, horse riding, helicopter, etc. There are also bonfire parties at night, which both adults and children can enjoy. Xingshan Yimu Homestay is only three kilometers away from Dali Ancient City, which is very convenient for strolling in the ancient city at night. The main attractions of Dali, such as Xima Tan Cableway, Chongsheng Temple Three Pagodas, and Tianlong Babu Film and Television City, are also very close, all within half an hour's drive. If you want to find a quiet ideal vacation spot in Dali, Xingshan Yimu must be your first choice.
