On the seventh day of my seven-day tour in Yunnan, I stayed at the seventh guesthouse in Dali

Unconsciously, the seven-day tour of Dali and Lijiang in Yunnan is about to end. My heart aches!!! The happy times are too short. Because I have to return to Shenyang tomorrow. The last guesthouse I booked is in the ancient city of Dali. It's a way to feel the hustle and bustle of the ancient city for the last time. Now, I'll share my experience staying at this guesthouse. I had just finished booking the hotel when the customer service lady called me. She asked if I needed a car pick-up~ and then sent me the detailed location. When I arrived nearby, an old man came to pick us up (afraid we couldn't find it, as the architecture in the ancient city is a bit chaotic. If we couldn't find it, we were to contact the hotel and have them come to pick us up~~). This was very heartwarming!! The rooms are mainly distributed on the first and second floors. From the second floor, you can overlook the entire courtyard. The first floor even has a small pavilion. You can drink tea and daydream here. When I first entered the room, I was a bit stunned. In front of a white curtain, there was a pile of small stones. This design is quite creative (but a bit translucent! I woke up when the sun came out, the kind of natural awakening... but it didn't delay me from going out to play). The room was covered with straw mats. It's comfortable to walk on with bare feet (you can wear slippers if you're not reassured). The overall style is retro (you could also say Japanese, but!! the culture of the 'little days' originated in China). Overall, I'm quite satisfied, especially since it's inside the ancient city. Compared to other guesthouses that cost several hundred, this one is already very satisfying. Ps: When we checked out! The old man who picked us up yesterday gave us a Song dynasty copper coin as a small gift!!! I was so touched. The old man introduced himself as a history teacher and told me and my travel companion many stories about architecture and history, which gave us a higher level of experience during our stay.
