Without doing any research, I just wanted to walk around casually, but I was still a bit worried before setting off. But! This guesthouse, Manhuayu, is really worth the money! It just opened in 2023, not only is it new, but you can also watch the sunrise over Erhai Lake from the bed! The location is right at the starting point of the ecological corridor, and there is a shared bike station just 50 meters away. It's a favorite for cycling enthusiasts 🚴! (Last two pictures) The scenery in West Erhai is really worth cycling slowly and enjoying it. The dawn redwoods are starting to turn red, and the seagulls are gradually flying in (a bit plump. Slurp). Xizhou Ancient Town 🆚 Dali Ancient City Personally, I think both are so-so, very commercialized. The rice fields at the end of Xizhou Ancient Town have been harvested, but the driver found a replacement near the entrance! The rice fields are still there, and the roadside is full of half-human-high purple foxtail grass! Purple! Purple! This adds one point to Xizhou Ancient Town! 😂 East Erhai Wenbi Village On the second day, I couldn't resist, thinking that since I was here, I might as well take a car around the lake. Although I personally think East Erhai is not as good as West Erhai, Wenbi Village is underrated. This coffee shop, Yujian, is built on a hillside, and I randomly chose to check in and wait for the sunset 🌄. Unexpectedly, the atmosphere of the coffee shop is particularly good, with some prose books. Sitting by the window on the tatami, the view is wide and you can overlook the entire comic-like Wenbi Village. Unknowingly, more than two hours passed, very comfortable. Oh, by the way!
