Hangzhou One-Hour Stroll with Kids~ For the May Day holiday, I took the kids to Huzhou. Due to my busy work schedule and having to work during the holiday, I chose a place close to Hangzhou. In the morning, we first visited the Yiyuan Farm in Moganshan, where the kids experienced feeding cows, sheep, and chickens. After lunch, we went to the OSM Pearl Museum! It's only a 20-minute drive from Moganshan to the museum, and we had a fulfilling day. We harvested our own pearls and even DIYed our favorite rings💍 or necklaces; we made a necklace. In the museum, you can also learn a lot about pearl culture and science. It was established in 1983 as the only comprehensive pearl research institution at the time. Bringing kids here allows them to immerse themselves in the ocean of pearl knowledge. I think you could spend an entire afternoon here; it's really a great place for families in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai to visit. The most exciting and anticipated part is harvesting pearls. The staff opened up 3 plump and round large pearls! Momo chose a beautifully shaped one for the necklace. There is a certain fee for opening clams and making jewelry~ This May Day, we were in a bit of a rush because of traffic jams. Next time, I want to bring Momo back for a second visit.
