Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Dubai - A Premium Experience!

On this trip to Dubai, we chose the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, located on the famous Palm Jumeirah. The location is excellent, with Dubai International Airport only about 5 km away, and famous attractions such as The Lost Chambers Aquarium and Atlantis, The Palm are also very convenient to visit. The hotel's decor really impressed me, with marble floors, spacious design, and luxurious furniture, everything exudes a sense of elegance. The hotel is also well-equipped with a bar, massage room, outdoor pool, and other leisure facilities. Upon arrival, the warm reception at the front desk made us feel at home, and the check-in process was very quick. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment suite, which was well-equipped and had a great view. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it felt like home. The room was fully equipped, and room service was very convenient. We could also choose to enjoy delicious food while listening to music in the room. There was also a thoughtful housekeeping service every day, and the room was always kept clean and comfortable. The food around the hotel was also quite rich, and The Rib Room and Ossiano, not far from the hotel, were our favorite restaurants. Especially the AUSTRALIAN 1824 GRAIN FED 120 DAYS * steak at The Rib Room was an unmissable delicious experience. We also particularly liked the Western food at Plaj, which we highly recommend. Of course, there is always room for improvement. Although the overall decor is luxurious, some facilities are indeed a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. We hope the hotel can update these parts. In addition, although the service was generally good, we were disappointed to wait 45 minutes for a drink on the beach. Overall, the experience at Kempinski Palm Jumeirah was great, especially the excellent location and impeccable service, making it a great choice to enjoy the luxurious life in Dubai.
