The northern route is Dubrovnik—Split—Trogir half-day tour—Zadar—fly to Pula—Rovinj, then take a car to the capital Zagreb, and then you can go to Koper in Slovenia, or Trieste in Italy, the latter being a larger city, recommended by the ticket seller for me to stay. Long-distance bus luggage is charged extra, but not much, Croatia is a bit expensive, and taxis are not cheap. Key cities: In addition to King's Landing, Split is the second-largest city and a historic city with many Roman ruins; Trogir and Šibenik are both Game of Thrones filming locations, and if you have limited time, it's okay not to go; Zadar is known for the world's most beautiful sunset, and the small town is very distinctive. I didn't go to Croatia's Jiuzhaigou, Plitvice Lakes, but flew directly from Zadar to the Pula Peninsula, where Pula has complete ancient Roman amphitheater ruins; Rovinj is also particularly beautiful, with the castle right on the sea. Overall impression: Very stunning at first glance, especially the beautiful seascape and city, but after walking a lot, it feels the same and a bit boring. Overall, there are no bad places along the Adriatic coast, Montenegro, Slovenia are all extremely beautiful, worth visiting again and again.
