Next year's popular niche destination: visa-free travel to Central Asia

In recent years, many countries have started offering visa-free entry to Chinese citizens. Kazakhstan, which borders Xinjiang, offers a 30-day visa-free stay for Chinese nationals, making Central Asia a coveted travel destination for many. This region has had intricate connections with the Central Plains during the Han and Tang dynasties, and at certain times, it was even part of the territories of Chinese dynasties. Altay County in East Kazakhstan is only about a hundred kilometers away from Hemu in Xinjiang. The landscape and scenery are very similar to Xinjiang. If you haven't been to Xinjiang but happen to visit Kazakhstan, you can take a look if you pass by. In Altay's KATON-KARAGAI National Park, you can witness deer antler cutting, drink deer blood wine (it is indeed gory to watch live); ride horses; and collect honey. There are also vast fields of sunflowers here, which are truly breathtaking.
