Attractions I visited: Love Bell Southern Coast Iwaya Caves Sea Candle Enoshima Shrine Getting there: From Tokyo Take the JR Tokaido Line from Tokyo Station or the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line from Shinjuku Station to Fujisawa Station (45-50 minutes, 990 yen) and transfer to either the Enoden (10 minutes, 220 yen) or Odakyu Railway (7 minutes, 160 yen) for Enoshima. Alternatively, get off at Ofuna (40-45 minutes, 820 yen) and transfer to the Shonan Monorail for an exciting ride to Enoshima (15 minutes, 320 yen, stand or sit at the front of the car for interesting views). The Enoshima Iwaya Caves have been created by coastal erosion for eons of time. It consists of two caves: Daiichi-iwaya (first cave) of 152 meters and Daini-iwaya (second cave) of 56 meters in length. The caves had been closed for years but reopened in 1993 after the renovations of the facilities around the caves. Having been worshiped since ancient times the legends goes that Kukai (Kobo-Daishi, the founder of Shingon Buddhism) and Minamoto no Yoritomo who founded the Kamakura shogunate visited. The insides of these caves with illuminations and sound effects, stone statues and various exhibits tell us the history and culture of Enoshima Island. You can borrow candles inside the Daiichi cave (may not be available when the cave is too crowded) . From open space, stretching 128 meters in length, you can enjoy the vista of Mount Fuji stretching from Sagami Bay, Hakone and the Izu Peninsula. Not too far from Tokyo. about 1.5 hour from station. to station . Enoshima is located in Kamakura . is an island that is connect to mainland via bridge . however I suggest to take a small boat ride to the back of the island and walk back main land .. there are shop at the top of the hill with good view of mt Fuji .. clear day which hardly come back but till you can catch a flinch of it .. over all great pic to visit with alot if IG pic to be taken . there is alot of step to climb 🧗‍♀️ but 💴 can solve this issue as there are paid elevators to be used .. #mytripvlog #tripblazers #beachlife #japan

The cave has two caves, the first cave, which is 152m deep and said to lead to the ice cave of Mt. Fuji, and the second cave, which is 56m deep and said to be the site of the dragon god legend, and can be visited for a fee. On the last holiday of the consecutive holidays, I decided to go shopping in Fujisawa with my wife, and when I said, "If I go to Fujisawa, I want to eat delicious ramen," my wife searched for a ramen shop. So, today's lunch ramen goes to "La Juku" in Fujisawa City. Apparently, this shop is of Minoru Sano's genealogy. The number of shops for Minoru Sano's apprentices for soy sauce ramen has increased considerably recently. It is said that there are quite a few lines, so we arrived at around 13:30 with a staggered time. The store is closed at 14:00, but it is full. However, I went to the store without waiting too much. My wife ordered soy sauce wonton noodles, and I ordered salt ramen. First of all, soup. It has a gentle taste that feels like chicken oil, and you can feel the richness. The soy sauce ramen also tastes like the Chinese noodles. The noodles are homemade thin noodles straight. It's delicious with the soup.
