Hello, this is Namububu :) There is a cafe in Fukuoka Tenjin Station that has been in operation since 1966❤️ This is a place where you can taste siphon coffee, where old baristas extract coffee by hand instead of using a machine☕ The taste of siphon coffee that I tasted for the first time was close to a rich cold brew! If you like coffee, I recommend you try it at least once✨ Another famous menu here is pudding🍮 I actually went there because I was curious about this pudding, but it was more delicious than I expected👍 The pudding I originally thought of was a food that had a chewy texture that bounced when you hit it with a spoon, but it wasn't like Kohisha Noda's pudding. It was softer than I thought, not too sweet, and had a light taste that soaked in lightly rather than being stimulating. I ate it with coffee and it was gone in the blink of an eye.
