Geographical center of Bulgaria

The place is indicated by a sign that was placed in 1991. It marks the middle of the state's territory. The place is also included in the 100 National Tourist Sites. The locality is located in the Gabrovo region. It is reached by a comfortable asphalt road, making it an excellent idea for a short break in nature. Besides the state center sign itself, there is also a family hotel where you can stay. The area offers unique nature, as it is a huge open meadow surrounded by beech forests. It is located at over 1200 meters above sea level.
