The Hachinohe City Museum of Art is based on the concept of an "art farm of encounters and learning," where encounters through art nurture people, and people's growth creates a town. I especially like the interior of the second floor. Here, you can see the exhibition "tupera tupera," themed on the "face" by the creative unit tupera tupera.
