Celebrating farmers day!

#100waysoftravel Farmers are often overlooked in our daily lives, a very short distance outside of Haikou city, many farmers welcome visitors to learn from the growing process of fresh produce! These photos were taken on a hot summer’s day next to the rice paddy fields and chili pepper farms. Stopping next to the road, we were offered a taste of the local Hainan chili peppers. They are mighty spicy and is packed with flavor.
