My spontaneous trip to Haikou was all about going with the flow. I thought I might encounter some disappointments, but every bite was a delightful surprise! 🥥Qingbuliang: Guys, you have to understand, in Zhoushan, a bowl easily costs 30 or 40 yuan. But in the food court at Yuanda Shopping Center in Haikou, you can get a huge bowl overflowing with ingredients for just 12 yuan! It's sweet, refreshing, and a perfect way to beat the heat. You can't go wrong with any of the vendors! 🍲Zaopocu Hot Pot: I was completely captivated by my first try! The salty, sour, and spicy flavors blend perfectly, creating a rich broth that you'll want to drink straight from the pot! I went to Huang Ping Ji near Haikou Qilou Old Street. I guarantee you won't be able to stop eating! 🍜Mixed Rice Noodles: I've been craving these ever since I saw Wang Feifei recommend them, and I stumbled upon them right next to Huang Ping Ji! A serving is only 11 yuan, super affordable and incredibly delicious. Every bite is coated in sauce, it's so flavorful! 🍹Haikou Sunset Drink: This drink is incredibly photogenic, perfect for capturing stunning pictures. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's definitely Instagram-worthy! You can find it at Shake Shack in the duty-free shopping center, where you can also try their famous burgers! Haikou is a true gem! Every culinary experience has captured my heart. I'm declaring Haikou my number one city! I'm already dreaming of retiring here someday~
