Tofu Skin Ancient Path || Go to Banwei Shinto

||Go to Banwei Shinto. There is no tofu skin in the Tofu Skin Ancient Path, but there are mountains, water, and bamboo forests. This is an entry-level outdoor hiking route of 8–9 km, passing through large bamboo forests, a clear green reservoir, a viewing platform overlooking the mountains, and continuous tea gardens. It takes 4–5 hours to complete the loop, which includes the diverse scenery of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, making it perfect for a weekend trip. Self-driving 🚗: Search for Dayangwu Reservoir in the navigation system (just search for this name, the navigation is very accurate). You can park on the roadside for free. Closed-loop route plan: Xishan Forest Park 👉 Pavilion 👉 Dayangwu Reservoir 👉 Tofu Skin Ancient Path 👉 Viewing Platform 👉 Guangming Temple Reservoir 👉 Xishan Forest Park. ⚠️Notes👀: 1⃣ There are two relatively tiring climbing stages, one is the 1 km section at the beginning of the loop, and the other is the 1 km section from the Tofu Skin Ancient Path of Dayangwu Reservoir to the viewing platform. The rest are downhill and ridge routes, which are reasonable and allow for even distribution of physical strength and quick recovery. 2⃣ The 3–4 km section behind the viewing platform is all downhill stairs, which is friendly to physical strength but not friendly to knees 😅. If you have bad knees, remember to wear knee pads. 3⃣ The end section passes through Guangming Temple Reservoir, where there is a market by the tea garden, with coffee, tea, and snack stalls. If you arrive early, you can take a break with your friends and chill out. 4⃣ Two 500 ml bottles of water are consumed throughout the journey, so bring some snacks. 🍚 Nearby food: There is a barbecue restaurant 10 minutes away by car, which is delicious. The average cost is only 50–60 yuan, and parking in the park is only 2.5 yuan/hour. I also found many local restaurants within a 10-minute drive, which look good.
