DONKEY COFFEE ROASTERY

It's been a while since there's been a new coffee shop, the shop has a cute name - Donkey with the image of a pretty donkey. Small space, open seating, mainly focused on bringing product experiences to customers, from coffee beans to drinks. Sitting outside is quite nice, from afar you can see the whole Red River but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Those who like the experience of connecting with fellow baristas can choose to sit in the small bar to listen, share and exchange knowledge and experiences about coffee. I feel comfortable sitting at Donkey, the staff are careful and enthusiastic. I ordered Mocha and Matcha Latte, the coffee was delicious and just right. Inside the shop there is a roaster.
