GEZELLIN ARTISANAL BAKERY & CAFE

#vietnamtrip A bakery that is not new because this is a fancy shop that I have booked online many times, knowing that the shop is open to stay, I cannot help but review =)) Gezellin Artisanal Bakery is a bakery specializing in handmade cakes made from natural yeast (sourdough). The shop is quite spacious with two floors, mostly high tables for people to work/study. Overall, this is an ideal space for workaholics, both quiet and cool and comfortable. I used to order bread for breakfast, but now that I've come to the shop, I know there are so many different types of bread. Shokupan, Cinamon Roll (and many other Roll flavors), Choux. I chose a sourdough roll with blueberry cheesecake earl grey flavor, oh my god, it's so delicious. The crust is soft and chewy, with a faint scent of earlgrey tea, and there's cheese inside. The cake is served with slow-browning blueberry jam with a mild sour taste, adding a few more fresh berries combined with tea or coffee as I chose is reasonable (I used Dirty Oat-Matcha).
