Colorful Tibetan Buddhist temple DaZhao temple in Hohhot

There are dozens of temples in Hohhot. But if you were to choose one, DaZhao is a must. I am not a big fan of temples, but the vibrant colors of this well-maintained temple is worth visiting. If you had been to Tibet, you would find immense similarities as the Tibetan Buddhism was spread to Inner Mongolia hundred years ago. Note that the temple is so popular and packed with tourists. Many young people like renting ancient outfit for nice photography. There are plenty of shops next door for you to patronise for around RMB 100-200.
