Disappointing trip to Regal Kowloon Hotel

1️⃣Hotel location The location is not close to the MTR station, at least 10 minutes walk But there are supermarkets and snack shops nearby👍🏻 2️⃣ Services and facilities Check-in waited 40 minutes without any upgrade The room is well located but the facilities are very old such as the sofa with stains😵‍💫 Opposite the lower floor is the platform Not enough privacy to close the curtains for a long time Requested to send 2 sets of cutlery to the room but 1 of them could not be washed clean Plus waited about 10 minutes before it was served🥲 The toilet is very large but the flushing system is very strange and the flush button is very difficult to press The bathtub looked dirty so I didn't soak it😖 There is a half door next to the bathtub with a handrail above it But the door is movable so you can't use it as an armrest🤦🏻‍♀️ And because only half the door the hot air can not gather So the shower is very cold 🥶 But the water pressure of the shower is very enough to flush down and comfortable 3️⃣Buffet breakfast Added two breakfast buffets eating from 6:30 to 10:30 Arrived at 9:30 and was basically able to go out and enter the door without anyone watching There was no one to clean the table when I went so it was hard to find a seat😩 There are many breakfast options 👇🏻 There are salads, fruits, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bread, dim sum Drinks include orange juice, apple juice, coffee and more (Scrambled eggs really waited in line for a long time) 😕 For breakfast I felt OK must be full 4️⃣ Conclusion But overall both the room facilities and the service I felt messy Hopefully next time if I have the chance to come again will have improvement 😔 Check-in Information: Price: $614 (plus buffet breakfast for two) Room Type: Superior Room Address: 71 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East Value for money: 💛💛💛/5 Return rate: 💛/5
