Hong Kong Park 🇭🇰

#hongkongtrip This is a particularly good place to go if you need some time from the busy downtown or if you have kids who need to stretch their legs. It’s a large landscaped garden and something of an oasis in the heart of Hong Kong. Entry is free Highlights are a man-made central lake with large orange fish and small turtles, and a closed giant cage with a high passage. The cage is very special The landscaped gardens are green, fertile and at some point, the winding path leads you behind the successive waters of an artificial waterfall which is fun for children. The 30-meter watchtower has a beautiful view of the park and outside the city. It's hidden away from the main lake area and in the past, I didn't even realize it was there. If you don't mind more than 100 drawers, the view from above is pretty good. If you have free time, the Flagstaff House Tea Museum is an interesting transfer in the park. Although it’s probably not for everyone’s cup of tea, it’s located inside a large, well-preserved colonial house and entry to the museum is also free (see separate review). The park is big until you get your bearings, wait for the guiding maps of the territory. It’s worth taking a picture of the one at the entrance gates so you can find your way. Getting there: There are many entries. I find the easiest is from within the Pacific Place shopping center. Escalators Next to Harvey Nichols, you run to the park and bring you straight to one of the main entrances.
