᪥This elegant restaurant located in the World Trade Center has a classical bookish feel as soon as you enter. The restaurant's interior decoration is dominated by mahogany color. The walls around the restaurant are equipped with built-in bookcases filled with classical books, making you hesitate to walk into a library. ᪥There is lunch here, with three, four, and five courses. Today I chose the four-course set meal, which includes appetizers, soup, main course, and dessert. ᪥Japanese Scallop Salad Japanese scallops are delicious, and with spinach, cherry tomatoes and asparagus, the taste is not strong, making it a refreshing choice. ᪥Hawaiian Raw Tuna Salad The tuna salad with Japanese salad dressing is sour and sweet, with large tuna pieces that have a good texture. It is paired with red onions, black and white sesame oil, and spinach, making this appetizer rich in sauce. ᪥Swiss barley soup I really like the taste of barley soup, which is rich in ingredients including celery, leeks, radishes and mushrooms. It is a highly recommended vegetarian bowl that is also very nutritious. ᪥Grilled Uruguay Black Angus Sorloin For the main course, Angus sirloin, the beef was rich in flavor and juicy, served with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. There were four types of mustard sauces to choose from for the beef, and one that suits you. ᪥Grilled Black Cod The skin of the silver cod is fried crispy, the fish is slippery, the meat is tender and easy to eat. ᪥Caramel chocolate with yuzi The chocolate cake is topped with grapefruit sorbet. The caramel taste of the chocolate cake is not too strong, and the rich chocolate flavor melts in your mouth. ᪥Hotjicha mousse cake I really like the fragrant but not strong taste of roasted tea.
