Good friends are meant to meet! @ It's so happy to gather before your baby is born🥳 This time I'm taking everyone to enjoy Sheung Wan French cuisine😌 The atmosphere is so chill, the whole restaurant is filled with foreigners, it's like going on a trip, and the staff are so witty and humorous, they kept making the three of us girls laugh non-stop🤣 . ➡️ The bread rolls🥖 are so soft and tasty that we asked for an encore, and the homemade butter is rich and delicious. ➡️ Homemade focaccia bread with caramelized onions, anchovies, and olives, the bread is crispy and the taste is sweet, very delicious😋 ➡️ Stir-fried lettuce, a fresh green pea salad with nuts, green onions, and mushroom slices, the taste is refreshing, and it's creamy and very appetizing👍🏻 ➡️ Tuna slices, beautifully presented with colorful capaccio paired with sesame sauce, cilantro sauce, lime, and fried watermelon seeds, the taste is sour and spicy, very refreshing😋 ➡️ Red wine braised beef cheeks, 8 hours slow-cooked beef cheeks are very tender and flavorful😋 paired with baby carrots, mashed potatoes, and herbs, the mashed potatoes are incredibly smooth, so delicious that everyone was scrambling to eat it🤣 ➡️ Pavlova fruit salad, the base is very interesting, with just the right sweetness, berry flavor, whipped cream, vanilla cream, ice cream, and jam, a perfect dessert to end the meal🥰 .
