Two Sheraton Hotels in Tung Chung

I booked a room at the Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung, located at 9 Yi Tung Road, Tung Chung, because I needed to see off a friend at the airport. The hotel is opposite the Yat Tung Shopping Centre and about a 20-25 minute walk from Tung Chung MTR station. I booked the Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung, but it turns out there's another Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel right next door. Since they are part of the same group, why operate two separate hotels? I accidentally walked into the wrong hotel and had to be redirected by the receptionist to the correct lobby, which was just next door. It's really easy to get confused. The reception is located in the spacious ground floor lobby, and next to it is the hotel's buffet restaurant, 'The Eatery.' The check-in process was simple and convenient as no deposit was required, making both check-in and check-out hassle-free! My room was on the 6th floor. Although not very large, it was sufficient! The room was well-equipped with modern and user-friendly amenities. Besides the basic local TV channels, there were also international satellite channels, including my favorite HBO movie channel. The bathroom and shower area were adequately sized, with a glass door separating the wet and dry areas. The cleanliness was also satisfactory! Overall, the hotel environment and service deserve 4 stars, and the quality of the buffet was also good! The hotel provides shuttle buses to the airport and Tung Chung MTR station, making transportation very convenient!
