Third wave @ Mong Kok

I like when places take their coffee game seriously. This speciality coffee shop is a well rated gem in mong kok. It's got an interesting set up. But also is tiny and gets stuffy once full. The menu is extensive with focus on coffee. Between the wide options in micro lots to some award winning varieties and honey washed lots. There is plenty to keep you interested and curious. The prices are at par with speciality stores in Hong kong. I even did some pancakes with my coffee. And those mini pancakes were no less than artwork.
