Despite its name, Devil's Mountain is not as treacherous as it sounds. It takes just over an hour to reach the peak. From Ko Chiu Road, head up the vehicle road to Tseung Kwan O Cemetery, then turn left to go up the mountain. After climbing several hundred steps and passing through a dim mountain path, just when you feel like taking a break, you'll see a bright and open viewing spot where you can overlook the entire Tseung Kwan O Cemetery and Tseung Kwan O Bridge. Another path leads to the wartime battery ruins, and continuing up will bring you to the top viewing platform. Leaning against the stone wall, you can gaze out at the endless sky and sea, taking in the breathtaking views.
