The interesting name comes from the concept ‘good things in and out’, which can be seen on the unique wall decoration in an inviting corner of the shop. It's definitely a testament to the care and thought that goes into every single detail of the interior and ingredients. The bitterness of the grapefruit was well-balanced out with the tangy cream cheese, sweet blossom honey and juicy blueberries. The owners told me that the buttery brioche toast base is sourced from Bakehouse, a renowned local bakery known for its quality pastries.
