Before reaching Pha Taem National Park, on the left hand side, we will see mushroom-shaped rocks or Sao Chaliang, which are naturally formed in a special way, similar to mushrooms. They are very beautiful. I recommend coming in the morning so that it is not too hot because this place is a stone field with almost no shade. However, the weather in the rainy season is very nice. Pha Taem is popular to visit during the winter because people can set up tents, watch the sunrise before anyone else, and see the mist. During the winter, it is lively with tourists. During the rainy season, it is no less so because the park has Saeng Chan Waterfall and Soi Sawan Waterfall, and many more places to visit. But today, we only went to 2 places because we were tired and hot. On Pha Taem, there is a welfare shop, a restaurant and a bar, and there is also a history of Pha Taem for you to see and buy souvenirs. For anyone who comes to Ubon, Pha Taem is a place you should come and see for yourself at least once. There is a large parking lot.
