Mercure Rayong Lomtalay Villas & Resort The hotel has 2 parts: the seaside side is located at the curve of Mae Phim Beach. There are 5 room types and 51 rooms. The non-seaside side has a road to Mae Phim Beach. They are quite far apart. They are in different parts. There are 3-4 more room types (but they are not finished and not open yet). At the moment, only about 30 rooms are open on the seaside side. The staff informed me. 🛏 Room: I booked the highest room type in the hotel and there are only 2 rooms: Room type “Executive villa with 1 king bed ocean view” Room 2106 and 2107 are close to the beach. But 2107 is hidden inside. You can see the sea in the distance. 2106 is closer to the pool and has a better view of the sea (I stayed in both rooms). Villa: It is divided into a living room with a sofa bed, a TV chair, and next to it is a king-size bed and an open bathroom. The bed and pillows are brand new and comfortable to sleep in. There are many plugs in the room. The air conditioner is very cool, but it is a bit noisy if you turn on the fan too hard. The decoration will focus on Minimal, light wood tones and white, comfortable to the eyes, comfortable to stay. Open bathroom: There is no curtain to close the bathroom area, but the toilet and shower room have a ceiling door that is definitely not visible. But if you leave the bathroom, you will immediately meet someone on the bed or sofa (not suitable for friends). Amenities: Use the new product set of Mercure, pleasantly fragrant, very complete equipment, no need to ask for more. More complete than some 5-star hotels, you have to ask for more. But there are no slippers, bathrobes, and soap holders. (The hotel said that everything has been ordered, but the company has not delivered it yet. It will definitely be available in the future. 😄) There is a turn-down service. The housekeeper will come to clean and turn off the bed. And put drinking water at the head of the bed. Minibar: Includes only plain water, tea, and coffee. Coffee is Nespresso capsules. As for ice, you can ask for more. 🏊🏼‍♂️ Swimming pool: Not very big Clear view of the sea, with a Jacuzzi 🏨 Facility: Fitness and spa are still under construction, not open yet 🍽 Restaurant: On the coast, there is only one Ecume restaurant and a drink bar 🥐 Breakfast: It will be a full breakfast buffet line. The menu is complete but not very diverse. There are no noodles. There is a Thai food section, American Breakfast, the bacon is very good, crispy and delicious, eggs are complete, bread, pork congee, fruit, juice, yogurt.
