Honestly the single greatest hotel stay we think we will ever have! Every second detail was absolutely incredible and we could not recommend this place more for a luxury stay in KL. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city near to the Petronas Twin Towers and city center. Excellent customer service from a staff that is warm and supportive. and beyond to make you feel welcome and assist you with everything. The price for the bedroom that I stay is a bit pricey but worth it for having a good time holiday. Our room was perfect, with an amazing view of the Patronas towers and just all those little touches that made it feel like home. Of course the pool is also incredible and gives an amazing view of the towers too.
