Petronas Twin Towers is a skyscraper located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The height is an impressive 452 meters. With 88 floors, it is the tallest twin tower in the world (as of September 2024). It is designed incorporating elements of Islamic architecture, such as octagonal shapes and minarets. It was constructed by the national petroleum company, Petronas, and is mainly used as an office building. At the base of the towers, there is a shopping mall called Suria KLCC. It is a mall worth seeing, with stores like Japan's Isetan and Kinokuniya Bookstore. If you are using public transportation, the closest station is the KLCC station on the LRT. The KLCC station is directly connected to Suria KLCC via an underground passage, making it convenient to move around even on rainy days.
