The bus will stop at small attractions such as Taihua Temple in the middle, if you don't want to see it, you can directly sit to the end point Nie Er's Tomb. 👉🏻 From Nie Er's Tomb to the essence of Longmen (this is the ticket purchase and ride point for the cable car and electric car.) It is recommended to walk, it only takes ten to twenty minutes in total, and you can enjoy the scenery along the way, and you don't feel tired. (I walked around the entire West Mountain Scenic Area according to this route, only more than 6,000 steps.) If you are with the elderly and children and don't want to walk too much, and just want to turn around at the essence, then you can choose to take the electric car or the cable car up and down. If you choose the cable car for one-way only, I personally recommend taking the downhill one. Climbing up the mountain on foot is not so tiring, and there is more fun in exercise. Going down the mountain will make your knees uncomfortable. And there are not so many people queuing for the downhill. 👉🏻 Arrive at Longmen, after touring, continue to go forward, through a hole to reach the platform. From the platform, follow the sign to the "downhill cable car" direction (about ten minutes walk).
